Golf Villas at Sabal Palm

In 2012, Vandewater acquired the Golf Villas at Sabal Palm apartment complex located in Tamarac, Florida. Golf Villas is situated on eleven acres with 166 garden style apartment units. Vandewater oversaw the renovation, refinancing and divestiture of this asset.
